I've heard many people argue that armor all cracks things over time. I've seen no evidence of it in the 20 years I've been using it though. All my cars I've used it on, and all my fathers cars while I was taking care of his as well. NONE had any cracking whatsoever, and I'm always getting top dollar for trade-ins. My cars are kept in such good condition that the every car that I've had, my fathers included were sold before they were even officially traded in. Between the mechanics, salepeople, friends of friends etc fighting over who gets them it's hilarious. My last car I traded in for the MP3, was sold before I even had the mp3. I was driving a "normal" protege, and a P5 while waiting for the mp3 to get in.
The car traded in before that, when I went to bring it down to the dealership, 6 people were waiting for the car to test drive it. LOL. Some had driven from the other side of the island to get here. Amazing. Every now and then I see one of our old cars driving around, and I'll take a quick look at them.....sure enough, no cracking.
Now, I've never used it on leather, or vinyl seats. Only on the dash, and stereo. Maybe it's a particular material that does crack, but I've yet to see it. I've seen guys literally go nuts with the stuff, and use it on the hoses in the engine. Now that's way beyond me, but no cracking eithier.
Just for a thought though, I bought the mp3 late in the year. I've never needed to touch it with armor all yet. It's just to cold here to do stuff like that.
