another "finally got my ms" thread

yea just picked mine up today. black mica gt (no nav).

after ordering it sometime in march (when it could have changes in options), it was built at the end of april, shipped from japan and arrived in jersey a few weeks ago. then after adding whatever they needed to at the port it came to the dealer in new castle this past week, and i picked it up today.

it was quite the day as well, because we drove down to baltimore in 2 cars so we could sell one at carmax (because the original buyer fell through on purchasing it, b****). then up to the dealer to pick up the speed, then to my parents to pick up my son, then back down to our house, then back up. after receiving the car with 7 miles it's now parked for the night with 120.

anyway, it's my first turbo car so im being a real dousche about letting it sit and run for a few minutes before and after a trip, which im sure i'll ease up on after a while

Congratulations man! I just picked mine up on Monday 6/23 as well. It's been a little weird getting used to the clutch but it's getting better and better.

Ha, what dealer did you work with in Jersey? I just picked up my white MS3 from Maple Shade on Tuesday. I've been working real hard not to rip it above 5000rpm for the last few days. I put a few hundred miles on it with back-road driving and then headed north. I just just got back up to Burlington VT where I live. Parked it in my driveway, nice and broken-in, with 853 miles...

i didn't deal with jersey, that's just where it came in at. it was sent to DE and i got it from the dealer there
