So I have a friend that wants me to install a subwoofer into his 07 Mazda3 with the BOSE sound system. I have done a similar install but without the BOSE in my 08 Mazda3. He is thinking about purchasing a powered subwoofer (I told him he will still need a LOC and amp wiring kit).
My questions:
1. Are there any BOSE systems in these cars WITHOUT a factory subwoofer and amp?
2. What is the difficulty of an installation such as this with the BOSE (i.e: anything I should know before I start this install)?
