Yup. It's finally been done. AFAIK, the first set of these rims to hit our shores, but certainly not the last from what I've heard.

Took 2 months for them to arrive, but they were definitely worth the wait.

The first 5 pics are the stockies for comparison. Enjoy :)

Looks awesome! I've always wanted to see msp rims on our SP20s :) what kinda lowering springs do you have?

Coldie, the springs are H&Rs.

Lose the black side moldings...other than that, it looks great!
Now that you've pointed them out, the car would look a lot cleaner without them huh? Just another thing on the to do list...

i'd only get rid of the mouldings if you plan on getting rid of the sp20 sticker. might look a bit strange with just the sticker there ???

That looks so cool

They are pretty simular to the wheels on the current mx5 turbo, which i wouldnt mind getting being that my car is 4 stud and so are the mx 5 turbo.

If you dont mind me asking how much did they set you back as im trying to gage how much a set of mx5 wheels will cost me.

I bought them second hand so they ended up costing about $1000 AU including shipping. They'd be a lot more if they were new. Yeah, the MX-5 SE wheels look pretty schmick - would definitely be another unique look.

It definitely looks cleaner without the black mouldings. Or you can paint them if you want to keep some protection on your doors, but imo they don't offer much protection coz they're too low. As of this arvo I now have a chip/scratch on each of the 4 doors from other people opening their doors into my car. The irony was that I was parked outside an autostore buying touch up paint to fix the existing chips and came back to find that some moron had left yet another chip on my car. (argh)

HAHAA, thats how mine looks at the moment!!both stickers still in place!
it does look odd!!!!!

Arden, got any pics of the side of your car so I can see what it looks like with the stickers still on?

it's funny. removing the sp20 stickers was the very first thing i did to the 20. they were off the as soon as i got home from picking it up! hehehe

i just picked off one corner with my finger nails and it comes off in 1 bit no worries. dont forget to polish behind the sticker too as that area would never have seen polish before
