Amp has no power

I got to wondering why my sub wasn't working and decided to check voltage. As it turns out I am not gettin any voltage from the Battery. Does anyone know of any splices or fuses or where it is supposed to tie into to get the 12v dc? Cuz I can't find it. My luck is that it's just faulty wiring and I need to run a new one. I'd greatly appreciate the help.

The fuse for the amp is directly off the battery. You'll see a little black plastic holder with '15A' stamped on the cover right by the battery.
