Alloy Dead Pedal? 2025 CX-5 on Mazda USA site

On Mazda usa site when building a 2025 CX-5 it shows separate options for accelerator pedal and brake pedal but nothing for dead pedal but in the picture guess what there is a dead pedal.

Not sure about the dead pedal, but if you go with floor mats it will be covered, so in that case the brake and accel are all you need.

Have they changed them then? The Mazda mats for my 2019 CX-5 (both carpet AND all weather) do NOT cover that area.

3D, the Mazda mats made by 3D, and Tuxmat, cover the dead pedal.

I picked up a set of Husky floor liners this week. The Canadian Mazda floor LINERS will cover as well. Floor mats will not.

I opted for a set of pedal covers from Amazon. The OEM Mazda ones were crazy expensive in my opinion. The Amazon ones were around $25 & I've had them for 5 years with no issues. They also sell the same set with a matching dead pedal for almost the same price. The attached picture shows them in my car with the Canadian OEM floor liners which covers the dead pedal area.
Someone else on this forum had the same setup but actually opted to install the matching dead pedal on top of the floor liner so everything matched.
