ALL 2010 Mazda3 Stuff Goes Here

Mazda dealership gave me a copy of "Zoom Zoom" with a few other pictures, you still can't tell much but it doesn't seem to look that bad. Just have to wait and find out!

I dont know if anyone actually read the article so here's a quote "We also expect the powertrain lineup to include the revised 2.5-liter four-cylinder (170 horsepower) as well as a new 1.6-liter rotary engine, details of which could be released as soon as this fall’s L.A. auto show. "

ROTARY in a 3? lol that's something new :D

yea...but with that 1.6 rotary you may as well have a V8 with 4X the displacement considering it's gas mileage

but i'll admit that's an amazing concept, it would be lighter and it would scream at full throttle

Yeah...the current RX-8's aren't to quick compared to our cars...although...I wouldnt know as I have never raced one...officer...

I drive a RX-8 on a regular basis and it's not even in the same league as a MS3 as far as power. It's not exactly slow but it isn't anything to call home about either. THe Speed3's current powerplant is plenty IMO. I would only suggest stronger motor mounts, suspension upgrades, etc.

That looks really really good. I was worried about it after seeing some of those older shots. I can't wait to hear the engine specs.

I like it better than the 6 redesign. Better proportions. Still a little too much going on styling wise. Curios to see how the 5 door turns out.

Might just be the "wide angle" look of those images, but it looks to have that "bulbous ass" problem so many newer cars have these days. And I'm not keen on those taillights. Mazda's use of projector style head & taillights is one of the reasons I like their recent designs so much. Glad I got the '09.

i'll hold me opinions until i see the hatch, i'm not digging the whole front end with no upper grill... kinda like a mx5 with no upper griller, way to rounder for my liking
