Air Conditioner Question

yeah last week i took my to the shop and they put a machine connected with the AC system and it was showing high pressure, well they took the fluid out of the system then the machine pumped some oil inside of the system then it started pumping the freon134a. after all that the ac is working perfect for the first couple of hours after that the problem comes back again, is the trottle body has something to do with it??

No way would that cause it make sure the fan on the passenger side of radiator is working when compressor is engaged and blowing cold

they both work as well and actually i get cold air, but the only problem is the RPMs when the compressor engages, what about battery. well my battery is old, could be battery a problem?
