after market navi

i have a ms6 sport. I was looking for some options read some of the threads but I am wondering, if anyone has experience with this unit it self. Has good reviews but again
Since it comes with the harness and everything i need to install it would we consider this a good option. Also will my stock headunit need any modification or is it plug and play ?
