After EGR Clean Crazy Idle?????

Just got done cleaning the egr valve.

Got everything back together and started it and it will idle up to 3000 rpms right after start then it will start stallling then die. Even if I give it gas it will stay running but wont hold rpms it jumps down and up.

Heres the crazyier thing I unplugged the MAF sensor it starts and jumps up to 3000 rpms and idle just fine. I can put my hand over the intake and it will suck but it doesnt die?

Any Ideas, I dont know what i could have done by cleaning the egr to make these symptoms appear.

my car did that right after i cleaned the egr valve. turns out i accidentally disconnected one of the vacuum lines near the throttle body. after i reconnected it, everything ran fine.

yeah probably a vacuum leak. I just noticed my intake hose is cracking around the ribs and ever since I flexed it to see how bad it was the cold idle has gone from 1300 to 2200. Looking to get an aftermarket intake to replace the cracking rubber.
