Advice on winter tires...

I'm trying to find out what kind of tires I should be getting for my 2002 Protege ES. If I get the steel wheels are their covers available so it doesn't look "too" bad? What size do I need? I know my current rims have a 5 hole pattern...I have no idea what "offset" I have.

sizes:195/ 55or 60 I think. Someone might want to chime in that. Mine are a little different so I'm not sure about the es. I know most p5's around here are running on 65 series tires, which is a little too high technically from what I remember

Google a tire diameter calculator. Then play with the numbers. Their everywhere.
