Yeah, this is true and I have a pen. The only issue is you are only testing the top portion of the reservoir as brake fluid doesn’t really circulate. It could be worse inside the caliper. It’s just better to bleed the fluid through every few years.

Agreed, but testing can be diagnostic.

You really should rotate the tires at each oil change

When you call them just ask if they do a multi-point inspection with oil changes (almost all places do). Then just say that you want to make an appt for an oil change and tire rotation
