626 5th Gear Upgrade - New OEM

Both gears for the 626 transmission upgrade for the Protege (Fits G-Series manual transmissions). These lower the RPM's when in 5th gear providing improved fuel economy and less wear and tear on the vehicle. These install through the 5th gear access plate on the side of the transmission and can be put on with the transmission still in the car.

Both gears are brand new and have only been opened up to take pictures. Part numbers: G613-17-308 and G560-17-611C. I bought these from Crossover Auto some time ago for $160 plus shipping/sales tax. Looking to get $130 shipped CONUS for both gears. Please confirm fitment for your vehicle before purchasing.

Shouldn't be. This includes both the driven and drive gear for 5th (according to the forums). If you wanted to be safe you could order new nuts/hardware to replace the old staked nuts when they come off.
