5 speed transmission rebuild

Hi Im new to the forum i just recently bought a protege5 with the transmission stuck in gear does anyone know where to find a rebuild guide on how to take it apart or what to take apart, ive looked on alldata and all there is is parts diagrams. i have the motor and trans out and separated already.
