4 to 5 lug axle conversion

Hey guys, just looking for some words of wisdom here. I'd like to convert over to a 5 lug and would also like to upgrade from rear drums. I've found a site where I can get 5 lug hub assemblies at an extremely good price and am wondering what else I would need to get that done.
