3-Guage Pod Install Wiring Questions

Hey all I recently picked up a 3-gauge pillar and know how to hook everything up. I am wondering where to tap into for the lights to turn on/off with the parking lights without splicing into a million wires.

I want the install to remain clean.
Also is it a bad idea to place all 3 ground wires on the same spot. I was going to use a bolt below the pillar as the ground is this a bad idea?

Thanks all for your time I was just curious as to the different options I have to the light wiring on the gauges.
