All of my Mazdas have had this feature (Canada). 2018 Mazda6, 2020 CX5, 2022 CX5

It turns on automatically when the rear window defroster is activated.

My 2010 mazda 3 has it as well definitely not a new feature.

Out of curiosity i checked a USA 2020 CX-30 brochure and i cannot see has mirror listed in it. But it has folding power side mirror. I would be surprised if those are not heated, but it is not specifically written.

My 2021 CX30 turbo has heated both side mirrors...not power folding though, only manual folding. Driver side is also auto dimming.

My CX-5 2020 has heated mirrors activated with rear defrost button.
