2017 Mazda CX-5 interior creaking sound

Hi all,

I have a 2017 CX-5 AWD with ~150,000km on it.

Over the last few months it's developed a creaking sound which comes and goes randomly. Usually shows up every 4-5th drive and then disappears.

It got particularly loud today so I decided to record and upload it:

Was hoping if anyone knew what the issue was or if it's a common occurrence.

I heard a lot of sounds and not sure which one was the creak. You need to isolate on the video where the sound appears. To me I heard a lot of road noise.
Can you determine if the sound is coming from inside the cabin or the engine compartment or the outside?
Best thing to do is have someone with you that will drive the car and you can move around to see if you can narrow down the location.

And NO it's not a common occurence.

Turn it off to see if that helps...

It's a 90% chance of being this. Tighten the bolts on the cowl under the windshield
