Anyone using the 2009 ipod integration (wired) with the ipod icon on the navi?
How is it? Get full title, artist, album display on the nav? Next song control work? How about playlist display on the nav?
Where is the cable, center console?
How much did the dealer charge for labor?
Just FYI since I didn't see any good info on this yet on the board...2009 is different from the 08 and 07, no need for a special switch box, and the Sirius and aux ports still work no problem with ipod integration. There is an ipod icon right on the nav screen.
BTW bluetooth audio sucks with the iphone and 2009 nav... no track information, and even worse the sound quality is crap, lots of high end treble distortion once you turn it up. Iphone doesn't have full avrcp so you can only play/pause,no next song control from the touch screen or the steering wheel.
