2009 Chicago Autoshow

I'm surprised no one has posted it up yet. Anyone going from here? I'm probably going on the 15th, the day before I leave for two weeks to the Philippines.

omg an auto show! I'll definitely go. But wait, it's too far for me to drive. Why don't they ever make them in the northern suburbs?!

yeah steve i think its the same every year but i went on it last year for the first time cause the line was short and it was fun

i would love to go. but the experience i had last year was nothing really mind blowing. that and the mazda display really sucked dick. i was disappointed. will it be worth it this year?

Last year Toyota and Subaru had some sweet displays and they had racing simulators that were pretty cool. I think they change it up every year but it could be the same..

With the way things are, I'd expect either exhibits that are elaborate to generate interest in cars. That said, with the economy and car sales, manufacturers probably can't afford to do that much. It'll be an interesting exhibit...

I've been to 3 auto shows. I'm going to restrict my auto show attendance to once every 5 years. So I'm up for 2013.
