Hello all,
I have a 2008 Mazda CX-9, recently my AC, when set all the way to low cold air, hot air comes out on only the driver side while the passenger side is cold. I looked at the blend door actuator on the driver side right next to the gas pedal and when I would turn the thermostat from heat to cool, the motor and linkage moved but the air coming out was still hot. Is this the correct blend door actuator that controls the hot and cold air on the driver's side? If so, could the blend door still be the problem even though it appears to be working?
