2006 Atlanta Region SCCA Autocross Information

That thing is about as nasty as today's course, lol.

At least it was effective :).

ghetto rigged ftw!

And what was wrong w/ today's course? It was challenging, but still a lot of fun. I loved it :)

It was fun, but disconcerting. The car was way more rotational happy than she normally is...and that was way more than I'm used to! You really pulled it together for your last run Andrew - good driving! :D

Is it true TC DNF'd all of his runs?

I think he DNF'd several. I know Luke beat him by a goodly amount...and of course, there were all sorts of excuses on why. :p

Thank you ma'am. It felt really good. And you're right, she was swingin that trunk around ;). There were a lot of places I could have picked up more time, but I'm learning :)

You didn't do badly yourself. You had me through the 3rd runs!

Who's TC?

Tommy Culthbert (sp?) drivesd the Mars Red VW IROC in FSP

I liked the course a lot too. I hit more cones yesterday than I have all year though. That is crazy! Maybe it was the Tin Man's Hat on my tailpipe??? HAHA! Would like to see another course like that next event.

yeah, i had a good time on that course. It was very techincal; you had to be looking ahead. Apparently, that's too hard for Tommy.... he likes easier courses, ones that are more open...blah blah blah.

I know there's an entire sub-forum for this kind of stuff, but what do you guys/gals like for an autocross tire? Not R-comp, we're stickin' to STS.

Criteria: Cheap and sticky. I miss the Azenis Sports.

From what I've read, the top 2 for ST classes are the Falken RT-615 and the Kumho Ecsta MX
