2006 Atlanta Region SCCA Autocross Information

(potkettle ?? :p

Naa, I didn't do nearly as well as I thought I could today. I could get that last section leading into that weird switchback-esque thing at the end right, which killed my times :( JA pretty much had that section nailed lol

Nice photo... I could not break the 40s today. Lowest I got was 41.4 both in the morning and afternoon... :(

agreed, it is a nice photo, suprised to to see aMaff lifting, j/k Andrew.
I was hoping to get into 40 as well but last last run didn't keep up with my consistency of dropping a second off each run. I think 41.300 was my best , havent looked at the results yet.

Hey, for this next one, TO2 is afternoon, right? Any idea what color run group I'd be in? I'm hoping that if I run TO2 and Dru runs STSL I'm hoping that we'll each have a free heat to watch the boy.

you'd be in whatever run group in the afternoon they put you in / you pick. I'm sure if you e-mail one of the registrars or post on the forums they wouldn't have any issue letting you choose the group you want.

I'm desperate to get out and race the Pro this weekend, it will be the last chance I get before we de-mod it, and sell it.
I'm trying to get it figured out so Dru and I can both race. With three heats, if one of us runs Green group and one runs yellow, each of us would be free for one of the first two heats, but during the third heat, one would be racing and one would be working. The one racing could hang with the boy between runs, but that leaves the question of what to do with him while we're on track.

I hate to ask this, but would anybody like to volunteer to baby sit for a few minutes at a time on Sunday? Please?

As a TO driver you most likely will be assigned to run the 4th heat.

I will NOT be there this Sunday as my younger brother's wedding is in Anderson on Saturday.

I'll be running in the morning; JA and Andrew are in your run group (Green). Between us, I'm sure we can hold the angry dwarf between runs.

That would be so great. I'd really appreciate it.

This weekend was such a huge disappointment, I really need an autocross next weekend.

Incidentally, what time do things usually wrap up for the afternoon session? The idiots I work for scheduled me for Sunday evening after I told my boss I didn't want to work anymore Sundays unless they really needed me, AND specifically asked for this Sunday off!
I AM racing Sunday. The only question is whether I'm going to work after the race, getting someone to cover for me, or quitting my job this week instead of in a couple of weeks!

That would be perfect, should I contact anyone in advance to make sure of that, or just take care of it when I get there?

there should be a link somewhere to e-mail the registrar. I'd definately do that.
