2002 P5 Keyless Entry Programming?

I'm recently misplaced one of my keyless entry key-fobs and was going to go with one on Ebay.

1. Can anyone provide the programming instructions or direct me to a link that has them?
2. Do I have to re-program the one working remote that I still have?
