2002 Mazda Millenia Service Manual

My parents have a 2002 Millenia, and I was wondering if anyone has the service manual in electronic format. The car keeps throwing a P0400 code even after we changed the EGR valve, and we have cleared the code several times. I was hoping someone out there had the service manual so I could see the flow chart, and to have it for future reference. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

go buy the *real* book off ebay or stealership
