$145 to change the cabin filter? Reasonable?

I saw the DIY and doesnt look too bad but dealer said it might cause a CEL and need reprogramming.

Are there any independent shops/Dealer/members around NW burbs that might be cheaper?

It takes some time to do but there is NO reason why it would cause a CEL. Where in the burbs are you? I could do it for way cheaper.

The DIY is pretty helpful but it really is a PITA.
