Hi, did anyone experience navigation problems the last few days? As soon as I turned on my car, I received a message that my sd card needed updating, but was getting taking off on a 3 hour trip from nyc to Harrisburg, pa. Satellites locked in as usual but after about half an hour of driving, I noticed that the nav screen was locked. It then worked intermittently for the remainder of the trip and experienced similar problems coming home. Weather conditions were cloudy in parts and snow in other parts. I do plan to update the software but found it odd that it stopped working. No outages on my Sirius satellite radio or the gps on my cell phone. Should I be concerned about a hardware problem? The car is only 6 months old and software has been updated once already. Thanks in advance for your help.

If you don't get anyone here with a similar story, you should call your dealer. They may have seen it before. And, of course, if it keeps up, it's covered under warranty.
