i was wondering how far down the DP i should set my #1 o2 sensor? also is there something i can do to keep my CEL throwing a EGR when i dont have it hooked up when i finish turboing my car.. *01 MP3*

Well as you probably already know custom is completely different #1 O2 needs to stay somewhere in the manifold but I left #2 O2 in the stock location and just welded two O2 nuts together as like the nonfouler set up sort of. On MAM's midpipe they have it all the way near the back, probably so it won't read all the emisions and cause the CEL to come on.

would it be ok if i put the first one on the downpipe instead of the manifold?
Ummmm, no. Why would you want to remove the primary O2 sensor from the manifold?

You can put the second O2 sensor anywhere in the exhaust. The farther downstream you put it, the less likely you are to get a CEL. If you have a high flow cat, put it directly behind the cat and you won't get a CEL. The two bung idea is a good one because then you don't have to build the anti-fouler yourself and you won't have to extend the O2 sensor wires.

b/c im not using a MSP manifold nor do i want to cut a hole in the manifold i have for my kit.

Where does the #1 o2 go on the stock set up? It needs to be placed there or at least very close to there. That way it wont cause any CEL, the first one is the most important one.

on my setup, i have the first o2 sensor right on top of the downpipe, like how kooldino has his. as far as the egr goes, i have had my setup on for about 3000 miles, with the egr not hooked up at all, and i have not gotten a code for it yet (knock on wood). http://www.msprotege.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=72378 (heres a pic of kooldino's setup. my o2 is about in the same location as his
