I have installed the 2010 Inno rack on my 2012. They are really noisy. My wife hates it. I'm going to have to try the fairing to attempt to minimize the noise. Also, the two bars are at slightly different angles from each other. I don't think it matters structurally, but it looks a bit "off"...
