These just mount under the rear deck in the trunk, right? Does the amp just run the sub or does it power all the speakers? And would local pickup be a possibility? (I live in PDX).

Yeah the sedans don't have the split in the lower seat area (my seat backs are split since its an ES so that's the same as the P5). If nobody ends up buying them I might buy them for the right price and hold off on the bottom until I find a wrecked P5 to steal the seat bottoms from. Do they fit...
