hello everyone i recently bought a 2006 mazda 3 i 2.0 and im only getting like 22 miles per gallon i thought that number was a little low for a 5 speed.

no i usally let off and push the clutch at the same time and when im just driving it shifts fine into fifth gear but when im drivin the car hard it wont let me shift into fifth i have to let off the gas a noticable amount of time and then it will shift into fifth. i really dont understand it...

welll i can shift into fifth fine as long as im not accelerating as fast as the car can. and it shifts fine when im just driving around thats y i thought it wwas the govenor
