    thanks for the replies and yes its the bolt in the middle of the filter housing . If im to just take it off will it go back on ? i just dont want to damage anything lol , thanks again for the help

    if someone could help me .. basically the last oil change i did i stripped the bolt to take off the housing. The bolt is stuck and iam due for another oil change , will it be bad if i leave the same filter there . Its been on there for 6000 miles already will this harm my engine bad .. thanks
