My A/C seems to be working fine for me (knock on wood), granted when it is in the baking sun for hours it does take 5- 10 min. to cool down, but my 99 4-Runner which has an awesome A/C will do the same thing if it has been sitting in the sun for hours. IMO if cold air is coming out of the vents...

I believe the Goodyear come on the 17" rims and the Toyo come on the 16" rims.

I used to get shocked all the time in my 91 Saturn, but I have rarely if ever have been shocked in my 99 4Runner. Maybe some cars are more suceptible to this than others. I will have my 3 in June, so I guess I won't find out until then.
