    Which sub should I get?

Never tried their subwoofers, but I have a set of ED components in my RSX. They are wonderful.

Factory stereo upgrades, need help from experienced members please

The wires from the head unit and the wires to the speakers both go to/come from the Bose amp. There's one harness that takes care of it all. So you take out the harness from the bose amp, and use the wires attached to it to hook up to the line-in/speaker-out connections on your 4 channel...

    Interior "Blue" lighting Help.

Probably an aftermarket mod, but I don't know, not having a Speed and being new here. Perhaps ask your friend...?

    HID fog light problems

Yeah, ground wire (negative wire) as opposed to the positive wire going to the battery. I had a similar problem on my HIDs on another car. It was the relay. Water got inside of it and rusted it up. After a while it wouldn't work at all. So I got a new relay free from the manufacturer and...

    Calling all AMP/Stereo experts...

Some Infinity components. (Note that they're 2 ohms.) For the rear, I just picked up some $20 coaxials that were on sale at onlinecarstereo.com. I almost went the front-components-rear-bridged-to-sub route, but I like a very full midrange sound with decent bass more than I like bumpin' bass...

    Calling all AMP/Stereo experts...

I say go 4 chan to all 4 speakers, replacing Bose amp and speakers, ignoring (removing) the Bose "sub." That's what I did, at least, and now I love my car.

    Rear foot vents

I'll take that as a no. :D If I have problems come winter and/or think up a solution, I'll report back here.

    Rear foot vents

I'm sure all or most of you have noticed the vents on the floor underneath the driver and passenger seats for climate control in the back. They ran under and shot out behind the Bose amp and sub when I had them in there. But I removed those two things and put an Alpine 4 chan under the...

tap into factory door speaker wires

Use the wiring harness going into the Bose amp for your amp connections. The single harness has both line in and speaker out wires. As far as the stock crossover goes, make some wires to bypass it in the door itself. That way you don't have to worry about going through that white thing in the...

    08.5 Mazdaspeed 3 Audio install

Good stuff and nice write-up! How much mounting depth is there for the front door speakers? Plenty/not enough to be worried about it?

    Radar Detectors

Coincidentally, I just did this yesterday: It's secured with velcro strips and hardwired to the back of the cigarette lighter. No "kit" needed. I just chopped off the cigarette lighter plug and stripped some of the wire to expose it. I unhooked the harness on the back of the cigarette...
