well the one position thing i think is refering to having the contact point to the clutch facing the motor. you can more or less hold it up your self the first bolt will be the hardest after that its just more or less lining everything up. and yes a wooden dowel would work.

ive done it on dirtbike motors.. there isnt a lot of pressure in the low end of the engine ill post pictures tomorrow of the motor sitting in my garage. lol but you wouldnt know anything about that now would you?

ok so as of right now im rebuilding the transmission and broke some parts along with needing replacements. i need the seals for the transaxle that go to the differential. also the plastic trough that runs from the center of the transmission for the 5th and reverse gears. it runs oil to them...

im pretty sure that ford owns mazda in some way. i know the transmission is exchangeable with the ford probe. i have heard quite a few times from people coming up to me and looking at my car and saying "Oh mazda the ford of japan." im not sure if they meant that mazda to the rest of japanese...

im canadian not sure if you guys have Napa, but you can buy them from there. and if your crafty you can get away with making your own out of a good plastic.

its pretty easy to do your self.. bolt on bolt off. that is if you have an engine hoist or a way to keep that motor propped up. while doing the front and rear motor mounts.

my friends jeep had a similar problem thats why i suggested a fuel pump. it didnt trigger a CEL and it only did it when the engine was running for a while. it kinda felt like a jaunt throwing you forward in your seat.

definantly change the front diff fluid. all vehicles have "breather" tubes on drive axles which allows air out but also allows water in. if your lazy (like me) check if the oil is white-grey in color if it is that color that means there is water.

couldnt it be the fuel pump failing? edit: didnt notice you lived in calgary. I live in airdrie.
