    Engine? Turbo?

If it doesn't end up being an oil line then go ahead and replace your pcv valve. My buddy rebuilt his whole engine cause it was smoking so bad and he still had smoke, come to find out the pcv valve had failed and was causing all the smoke. Hey and even if it isn't the pcv you only spent about 5...

    Boost problem

Ok I am 90% sure it's your wastegate and the other 10% says you could have a broken vacuum line. Obviously start with the line if you are not sure it's ok because this is the cheapest and easiest route, but more than likely your waategate is broken. It's a common thing on these cars, mine went...

    High idle and something wierd

But see now the problem I am having with blaming the IAC or TPS is that it doesn't do it all the time, only when the car is stopped and the clutch is all the way up. It's almost like that switch puts it into standing idle and it's always in cold start mode. If anyone knows what that switch does...

    Need help!!!

You know I may not have an intimate knowledge of electricity but I do have an extensive knowledge of cars and the reason I suggested that is because I speak from experience. For you to say it's not a sensor related issue sounds pretty dumb to me because he said when he hits boost the fuse blows...

Car is driving itself.. literally. Throttle issue?

Check if the intake manifold gasket is leaking or throttle body gasket but it for sure sounds like an IAC problem. Try and clean it out and make sure the o-rings or gasket aren't leaking(i don't know how mazda mounted it). As far as checking for leaks I check them they same way I check for boost...

    Need help!!!

You say it is'nt a sensor reading too much voltage but a circuit drawing too much amperage. Well if the the sensor reads too much voltage then it will be sending too much amperage to the ecu hence blowing the ecu fuse. Think before you speak. This situation is why that part was created by the...

    High idle and something wierd

No it just started randomly out of no where, but it doesn't put any extra trottle in coasting, while I am moving and i put it in nuetral the idle is about 600 (normal idle for my car) as I slow down it is fine but as soon as the car stops the idle jumps to 1200 or even 1500. It's like the...

    Need help!!!

I don't know if this is it but if you go to speedcircuit.net they sell an o2 signal voltage clamp that they say is used for regular protege's to boost. Your o2 sensor might be reading too much voltage.

    High idle and something wierd

Ok people i need your brains. My idle is high, about 1500 when it first gets to operating temp but when i depress the clutch pedal just enough to get it off the sensor at the top (about 15%) the idol goes down to normal. After it runs for about 10 to 15 minutes after it's warmed up the idle will...

Car idling very low to point of turning off

You should go to Napa and get a can of Mass Air Flow Sensor cleaner and give your MAF a good cleaning and that will take car of your problem unless you have a giant leak between the MAF and the engine. I had the same problem with mine and that took care of it.
