Turns out to be the transmission mount that was out of place due to an accident (i assume) and it was hitting or rubbing against the frame. Got it fixed... Thanks for the help though guuys!

Yeah... it's like a suction type noise. Guess you can call it a popping noise. Physical feel? Not really... I can't tell. It's inside the car yes.

Yep the MS3 is way more practical (2 vs 4 seaters) and I got a really good deal on it while new S2000 were more expensive. I know the MS3 is faster, but it's not all about the speed (no pun intended). The S2000 is one hell of a cruise car and look great!

haha i guess i should have lol. its very simple... i got a digital camera and put it under the headrest of the passenger seat and clamp the headrest over the camera for a tight fit. kinda muted the sound a bit but it turned out okay.
