Yeah, I looked at a few without fogs and I didn't car for them. Nope. In Pennsylvania, we're only required to have the rear plate thank god, haha.

It's a 2000, so yeah. It's the LS model (one up from the base) which includes leather interior, lip kit, tan top, BOSE system, and those fogs. I don't think the base models came with fogs, but I'm not sure.
