If any of you guy know someone with a RX-8, i have a set of tail lights that i won't be using. I'm leaving Hawaii for good next week and would like to get rid of these before i go. I don't want the hassle of having to mail these out, so i'd like to deal with a local. Thanks. Call me @ 554-3133...

I've got a pair of tail lights for an RX-8 for sale. I sold my Rx-8 so i don't need them anymore. i'd prefer a Hawaii (oahu) local to avoid messing with shipping them. Thanks

Well, not wanting to go and not willing to go are 2 different things.... I heard of a guy who is trying to get out of it. I think he should be hung up by his balls and beat with rotten fish. maybe thats just me.... I'll be leaving my wife, 3 yr old daughter, and unborn child, behind. But...

Its a matter of pride for me. I didn't join for the college money. Its my job and i look forward to the experience.

if you don't mind the possibility of carbon monoxide poisioning....go ahead and re-use the original.... not only that but the system i bought didn't have the recess for the original gasket....so i had to put new ones...

i got mine off of ebay. i had a multitude of problems. 1 they didn't provide a gasket for the first flange....cat to resonator pipe. 2 the flange to connect the resonator pipe to the "S" pipe would hit the heat shield 3 the "S" pipe would rub/hit the heat shields 4 the tip didn't line up in...

so what did you do? and how did it work?

don't even bother with the rain-x stuff...or even the wiper restorer crap.... polish your windshield w/ the same stuff you use on your paint (unless you use colored wax) If your wipers are dried out.... then rub them with brake fluid. (brake fluid helps restore rubber) but thats just my 2...

polish your windows... car polish/wax will work just fine.

Actually i'll be working at an Army Reserve center south of Sac and living on Travis AFB....i was told its something like an hour drive. So let me see if i got this..... things that need to be carb approved intake headers cat exhaust is by db tint windshield a few inches from the top...

Damn... I guess i'll have to take off my intake before i ship my car.....but how about like Cat-Back systems, springs, rims, hoods, etc... Thanks to all for the fast responses.

Okay so here is the deal... I'll be moving to Sac in September from Hawaii... Can you guys give a breakdown of the Cali laws concerning such things as emissions, mods, tint, etc..... I don't want any problems with my P5 when i pull it off the barge. thanks...
