i've got it too I have the exact same problem! My 07 Mazda3 S is currently at the dealer right now being fixed. So far, they've replaced the motor mounts and the AC compressor...but its still doing it. They're currently waiting on Mazda Tech to call them back to see if any TSB's exist on this...
