Sounds like yours is a little worse than mine, but it seems to be same issue. It's a shame they won't at least offer to switch out the regulators under warranty.

The front windows in our '08 give out a quick chatter when you initially begin rolling them down almost as if the window regulator cables are loose and it has to take out the slack before the window actually begins moving. This occurs when the window is in any position...even all the way up...
