So here's the issue. The car will idle all day long and not overheat, as soon as you drive 1/2 a mile it starts to overheat and bubble back into the reservoir. I have removed the thermostat and it still overheats, the return hose is hot the intake hose is cool. I have checked and the water flows...

Thanks I had to get to work so no chance to look at it yet. Gonna pull the valve cover tonight and take a cursory look im hoping its something simple and cheap. Any other thoughts are more than welcome.

Was driving to work when I heard a loud pop car kept running just ran rougher. When i opened the hood the pcv valve had blown out of the valve cover and I was getting exhaust blowing back out of the pcv valve hole. Any ideas on what it might be? Guess my weekend just got planned.

Does anyone have any experience with adding integrated steering wheel radio controls on a 2002 PR5. Dont want to do a bolt on and Im not sure if other versions of the PR5 came with on the wheel controls. Thanks for any info.
