ive had the ptp pvc fix "the pill" and i think its the biggest scam. it does not work. i have had it on the car for like 2 months now and still smokes like a chimney. anyways just thought id let you all know not to waste ur money.

+1 I agree with clos561 wouldnt do it more than a few days unless you had a tip to point exhaust flow downwards. My heat shield got all messed up. Sounded great though. Everone at the track kept asking me to rev the engine

I just installed my DP and i had no problems at all with the o2 senors. I sprayed PB on them and let it sit on there while i was taking the turbo man bolts off. If you ask me those were way harder to come off. But anyways I used a 02 socket and it came right off. No problems at all

Well i have been running open DP for a lil over a week now and my suggestion is that you dont do it. When i put my test pipe back on this weekend i burned up some of that heat sheild and insulation under the car. The car felt like it pulled ALOT harder than it does now. But id rather be safe...

Would adding some of that foil tape around where the DP is help?

Open DP as in no exhaust...? Pipe ends after the second O2...? Yea just a downpipe...No piping after that. I havent been having any problems. I fell a huge difference in power also.
