What about if you take the front wheel off and get one of those front fork clamps ($5) and mount it to the floor (back of folded down 2nd row seat)? Would the bike fit then? I haven't actually tried it. I think I saw such a setup in a Volvo V50 pic... or maybe it was a Honda Element? maybe...

Just brought the wagon in for an oil change and also had the hatch struts changed because it stopped opening fully. Kept banging my head. (freak) Fortunately, it was under warranty (35 months). I now find it opens a lot slower. Any idea how to make it open faster? I don't want to use the...
