    kvndoom, I've been following all the threads about the "rattle" and, after taking the car apart and confirming the total lack of retention of the vent, I can say without a doubt you've got a big wet kiss coming from me if this fix works like I think it will.

    You control the depth of the color. One coat, light smoke. Two coats, medium smoke. Hose it, black.
