my dealer said the same thing about the crossbars needing redesign. I did get my mud flaps and put them on myself. Very easy and they look good

I was under my cx-9 today and noticed that it does not have a cover (skirt, plastic thing) under the engine. It looks like there are fastner points there that look like there should be one Does anyone know if there should be? let me know thanks
