You're spot on Xavier. I've even had the key in my pocket with absolutly nothing else in there, and tried holding it in my hand when I get out also. Each time there's no beep when I close the drivers door. (pissed) Oh well i guess I'll have to leave it with the dealer again! Time for an oil...

Still no Autolock My dealer has tried twice to set this feature but it's still not working. Has anyone else had the same problem? They say that the feature is enabled, but I'm not convinced!

Hi shrexster I had exactly the same problem with the alarm and remote start and it turned out to be a faulty remote start module. The dealer had to spend a good amount of time on the phone with Mazda Tech to get it all sorted. Good luck! :)

Tech, Remote Start, and Auto lock Hi Scott, You shouldn't have to press any buttons on your Advanced Key to use the remote start. You should just be able to use the remote start fob. Press the button twice and bingo! your CX-7 should start. Mine also set off the alarm, but the dealer found...
