Even Bijou-MP5 didn't have the turn singal but so........, when u r driving, u should always keep certain distance to the car in front of u in case of somethings happen ahead......., specially in San francisco, most of the drivers don't use the singals.....(of course i'm not one of those.....hehe)

Well, I have a similar like your but it was my ohter car.....it's a 99 Honda Accord, i bought it at Aug. 99 and by that winter after the frist rain, my sunroof was leaking......so I took it back to the dealer then picked it up a day after....they said nothing wrong with it, they didn't find any...

After reading all the messages, I totally agree that the person hit you from the back is fault.........just want to mention you can always decide which shop can fix your car.......if I am you, I will let the dealer to fix it............
