would it be worth it to pick up an suv for the winter, i have no idea what the winters are like out there, i hear they dont plow the roads and use rocks instead of salt? im only 19 as well, so i dont have much money and im just trying to get started into the career path i want to go into

i have the fronts tinted. . . but they arent THAT dark. . . you say theres always construction, what are 40 series tires like on the roads?
