    The best way to remove the bolt that holds the EGR Valve In place (atleast, the bolt closest to the fire wall) Is to use a stubby wrench. As for the other bolt (furthest from the fire wall) a socket will do just fine. Fini!

    Yeah, I did exactly as CrazyCaker did. That little Dremol bit worked wonders. As mentioned previously, I ran the bit over the plunger/rod awhile rotating It to bring back a mirror shine. I used PB Blaster (man I love this stuff). I didn't even bother to lube the shaft with oil or anything else...
